These various applications are provided so you can gather the information you will need to file for a permit. The State of Connecticut now requires the applications to be archived for the life of the building or structure. To assure that the applications can be preserved, the format, paper and ink needs to be uniform.
These Applications can only be accepted on the original forms
available from the Building Department.
