Those who signed up for public speaking will be heard at 6:30 p.m.

Pursuant to City Ordinance, the City Council meets on the first and third Monday of the month, with the exception of the months of July, August, and November in which they meet only on the first Monday.  Also as an exception, in the month of November during a year which council members are not being elected, the meetings are on the first and third Monday.
