FUNCTION: To prepare and maintain the financial records in an accurate and timely manner and to be responsive to the financial data needs of the Administration.

SERVICES PROVIDED:

* Mails billings for various City provided services;

* Provides information of a fiscal nature upon request;

* Prepares necessary reports to federal and state agencies;

* Maintains adequate insurance coverage on City property;

* Protects taxpayers' monies.
